Joe Mills is a former international track athlete and now a Body Control Pilates teacher who has experienced first hand the huge athletic improvements possible through Pilates.
Joe will tell "how I changed from an injury prone 27 year old (who used to see an osteopath/masseur/physio weekly, was described as being held together by bits of scar tissue and was in agony each morning (which I mistakenly thought was good), to a 33 year old who could train a lot harder without pain the next day, or ever breaking down; now who sees the above professionals once a year; and who has the energy to teach in a demanding job, train as hard as before, requalify, set up a business, do an MSc and have a young family".
Come and listen to Joe share his knowledge and experience – and stay for a drink!
